Mainers for Modern Elections — a new coalition committed to advocating for safe, secure, and modern elections — will hold a press conference on why legislation (LD 1126) to integrate online voter registration (OVR) into Maine’s elections is an important step. Speakers will also address other voter advocacy efforts and proposals to modernize Maine’s election system and improve efficiency and voter security.
