To celebrate National Voter Education Week, Maine Students Vote and the League of Women Voters of Maine are hosting a week of voter educational programming. Each session aims to address concerns students have expressed about voting. These webinars are free and all are welcome to attend.
In today's session, we will not only break down what’s on the ballot for federal, state, and local races, but we will also unpack the roles of these positions and how they impact your everyday life. In addition, we will also go over Ranked Choice Voting and how you may utilize it in this upcoming election.
Presenters:
Anna Kellar, Executive Director of League of Women Voters of Maine
Jeffrey Selinger, Associate Professor of Government, Bowdoin College
