Our upcoming July 14th primary has two questions on the ballot. Question 1 is the "Maine High-Speed Internet Infrastructure Bond." As we rely increasingly on the internet for vital services, including access to election information and the Census, high-speed broadband is increasingly essential for full participation in our democracy and in civic life more broadly.
